Return & Exchange Policy

At STEP LAP, we value our customers and are happy to accommodate return and exchange requests, subject to the following conditions:

Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 24 hours of receiving their order.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 2 days from the time of delivery.

Important Notice

No return or exchange requests will be accepted if the specified timeframes are exceeded.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Show no signs of wear or use
  • Be returned in its original packaging (box)
  • Include all original accessories

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs related to returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
